1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold on DropMentors are digital courses. Once access is granted, the product is considered delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 3-day limited refund policy under the following conditions:

  • You have purchased the course within the last 3 days

  • You have consumed less than 20% of the course content

  • You have a valid reason for requesting a refund

  • Refund amount will not exceed 50% of the total purchase value for any digital product or course

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • More than 3 days have passed since purchase

  • You have completed a significant portion of the course

  • The request is made without a valid reason

  • You purchased during a special discount, offer, or bundle deal (unless stated otherwise)
